Have you ever wanted a brief summary of ThunderClan? Well, here's one for you!
THUNDERCLAN as according to ROCK
To many, this is the noblest Clan, the Clan of heroes. But I take no sides; all Clans have their strengths and weaknesses, which differ according to whose story you listen to.
ThunderClan cats are impressive hunters; I'd even say I envied them and their skills, but a life enclosed in rattling trees and wind-whispering leaves would not suit me. They have the skills to make themselves silent and invisible so they can hunt the little creatures that scuttle through fern and fallen leaf. You've heard of the hunter's crouch, when they gather their strength into their hindquarters before making the final leap? That is a ThunderClan trick; you will not find it used by any other Clan.
ThunderClan has always been the fiercest guardian of the warrior code; if another Clan breaks it, you'd think every ThunderClan warrior bleeds from the wound. No cat could accuse them of being afraid to fight, as long as they believe the fight is truly justified - unlike others I could name, who seem to love the rip of fur beneath their claws and need no other excuse for battle.
ThunderClan have had their fair share of border trouble. Back in the forest they quarelled with RiverClan over Sunningrocks almost every season. When the Clans first came to the forest, this little hill of stone was an island and belonged to RiverClan because they were the only ones who could reach it, by swimming. But when the river changed course the rocks were joined by dry land to ThunderClan's territory, and both Clans have laid claim to them ever since.
By the lake ThunderClan faced a constant threat from ShadowClan on their shared border. Then, Firestar granted ShadowClan hunting rights on the exposed stretch of grass where the Twolegs came in Greenleaf; a wise move, some cats said, because there was little prey to be found there. And another reason for ThunderClan to proclaim how fair and generous they are. Cats wondered how long ShadowClan would be satisfied with this addition to their territory.
THUNDERCLAN as according to FIRESTAR
I am Firestar. Welcome to ThunderClan - the Clan of courage and loyalty. I was not a forest-born cat, but ThunderClan welcomed me, and once I proved myself as a warrior, they grew to respect me. I have risen to become their leader and I would lay down all of my nine lives for them, as they would lay down their lives for me and eachother. There is no other Clan in the forest so true or brave. I respect and admire the other Clans, but my heart is here, with ThunderClan - the Clan of heroes, the Clan of compassion, the Clan of destiny.
Clan Stats
Clan Character: In peace, respectful of other Clans. In battle, fierce, courageous, and loyal. ThunderClan cats speak out for what is right and are not afraid to challenge the warrior code.
Prey: Mice, voles, squirrels, the occasional rabbit, and birds such as starlings, magpies, wood pigeons, and thrushes.
Hunting Skills: Excellent stalking techniques. They keep upwind of their prey, creeping across the forest floor unseen and unheard.

Significance in Series
THE FIRST SERIES
ThunderClan took centre stage as the legendary Firestar entered the forest as kittypet Rusty. As Rusty fought his way to the top of the Clan world, ThunderClan's significance in the first series was much bigger than any other Clans'.
THE NEW PROPHECY
ThunderClan had to share the spotlight as cats from all four Clans were chosen to go on the incredible journey to the Sun-drown Place. However, Brambleclaw and Squirrelflight are often referred to as the main characters of that quest as their love was unveiled in later books, so ThunderClan still held the position of the most featured Clan.
POWER OF THREE
The prophetic three are all ThunderClan in this series, but rumours spread that Hollyleaf and Jaypaw were Leafpool and Crowfeather's secret kits, so WindClan got a little light in this series. And, with Lionblaze's heartwrenching experience with Heatherpaw from WindClan, the Clan on the moors is creeping up to second in the race to be the most featured. But, ThunderClan still takes the lead as the cats with the power of the stars in their paws are all at least half-ThunderClan.
